Social Media Marketing Specialist for SaaS Industry

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our presence like LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, and Shopify Community etc. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate more leads and conversions for our SaaS products through effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media management and content creation, capable of developing and executing impactful social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to boost brand presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, and Shopify Community. Analyze the market and competitors to identify best practices and apply them to our social media campaigns.

Create high-quality, engaging content, including articles, videos, infographics, and posts tailored to different platforms. Regularly update and maintain content on social media platforms, ensuring diversity and engagement.

Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Answer relevant questions on platforms like Quora and Shopify Community, demonstrating the company's expertise and enhancing brand authority.

Design and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand exposure and generate leads.Utilize analytics tools to monitor ad performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics tools) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social media activities. Regularly produce reports, analyze KPIs, and provide improvement suggestions to continuously optimize social media strategies.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing strategies. Gather and relay customer feedback from social media platforms to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.

2. At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.

3. Proficiency in managing and promoting on LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, and Shopify Community.

4. Strong content creation skills with the ability to produce high-quality articles and engaging video content.

5. Data analysis skills, with the ability to use relevant tools to monitor and assess performance.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Innovative thinking, with a willingness to experiment with new methods to enhance social media performance.
