Software (C#.NET) Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain C#.NET‑based applications that support core financial products, workflows, and reporting.

• Work directly with business users (e.g., front, middle, or back office) to gather, clarify, and refine requirements.

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and high‑quality implementations.

• Implement new features, enhancements, and integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., market data, trading, risk, or banking platforms).

• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical design discussions, and support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in C# and .NET (Core or Framework) development.

• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design principles, and common .NET libraries and patterns.

• Proven experience in developing financial applications (such as trading systems, risk engines, order management, payments, or other capital markets / banking systems).

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders or end users to gather requirements and provide ongoing clarifications.

• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
