Software Delivery Manager Leading Financial Institution

Our client, a leading financial institution, with a robust platform of low latency and high-frequency platforms, is looking for a strong Software Delivery Manager in managing their sophisticated technology platform delivery. The selected candidate will be managing technical IT Delivery, Solutions, and Architecture. High profile Position with Perm Offering.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the full cycle technical delivery through technical and feasibility studies to deliver expected business outcomes in the agreed scope, timeframe, and quality.
– Work closely with the cross-functional stakeholders across project plans, deliverables, requirements, milestone charts, status reports, etc.
– Understand the business process and provide analysis and recommendations for the system development.
– Lead and carry out development for in-house solutions and work closely with the vendor for system development, training, and testing.
– Contribute to the technology solutions and provide architecture recommendations to the delivery team.
– Work with the Technology SMEs in various technology matters to make key technology decisions and strategies.
– Work with the technology team and vendors to drive the projects with aligned objectives, resources, and expectations.
– Key person to drive the technology launch plan and execution. Work with various functional teams on collaboration.

Requirements:
– Technical SDLC delivery experience in managing a large-scale technology program.
– Experienced in delivering technical projects across business analysis, change management, and implementation.
– Strong technical background in evaluating technical architecture and technical design.
– Solid experience in system design or programming language, e.g. Java, Linux or Python, etc.
– Having a strong technical background, the ability to do technical coaching and code review would be highly preferred.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin).
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
