Job Description - Solution Architect (Pre-Sales)

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • A minimum 4 years of solid working experience in pre-sales , sales or consulting in IT service or Cloud Solutions industry
  • Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Positive mindset and result-oriented.
  • Related experience in Cloud Computing Solutions is definitely advantage
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferredResponsibilities
  • Support Sales Team on daily pre-sales activities including Managed Cloud Solutions, CDN and related IT services for closing deals
  • Provide technical consultation to Sales Team and customers
  • Prepare technical proposal, solution presentation, budget planning & related documents for pre-sales activities
  • Ensure good communication among customers, sales and technical teams
  • Liais between technical teams and clients to define and provide the most suitable solution to clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote value-added services to achieve new projectsInitiate cooperation programs with business partners for promoting services to corporate and enterprise customers
  • Assist our business partner to provide cloud solutions to its customers
