We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Solution Consultant (pre-sales, collaboration) . Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales team to develop business opportunities, primarily in collaboration solutions , and manage pre-sales cases closely.
• Understand and analyse customer requirements using a solution-based selling approach to achieve business outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality technical proposals, solution presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept (POC), and test reports.
• Handle customer and vendor relationships effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in IPT/PABX.
• Cisco CCIE/CCNP Collaboration certified preferred.
• Experience in collaboration solutions.
• Passionate about ICT technology
• Mature, highly initiative, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal communication, team player, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferred Capabilities:

• Experience mentoring junior teammates.
• Experience with Cisco collaboration solutions.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions and recording solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud UC/conference solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams voice solutions.
• Knowledge of audio-visual solutions.
