Degree holder in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferable.
Minimum 2-year sales experience in IT or related field.
Highly fluent in Chinese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP/AC/HR Systems is an advantage, but not a must.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and aggressive, detail-minded and good at time management
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Executives.
Descriptions:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Build relationships with clients, understand their business needs and identify opportunities to provide ERP software solutions that meet their requirements.
Develop sales strategies and negotiations to close deals with potential clients, which ensure that the terms of the contract align with the client's requirements and the company's capabilities.
Understand the market to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities and use this information to develop effective sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.
Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to management, including sales forecasts, potential risks, and strategies to mitigate the risk.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
