YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities 職責

  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in overall food production & kitchen operations management 協助主廚師規劃和管理廚房的日常運作
  • Maintain, monitor and improve food quality to meet customer expectation 參與菜單設計、通過推出新產品和迎合食品趨勢,以不斷提升餐飲服務
  • Ca rry out Cost control planning such as food inventory management 管理食品成本監控計劃
  • Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene 確保廚房團隊達到酒店衛生要求的標準
  • Supervise and train up team-members to achieve good performance standards 管理廚房團隊,提供培訓和指導以確保工序達到酒店要求的標準

Qualifications 工作要求

  • Minimum 8 years experience in reputable kitchen of hotel 8年以上於5星級酒店經驗
  • Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance 良好衛生知識
  • Highly organized with multi-tasking skills & being creative 有組織力既同時處理不同任務和具備創意
  • Good computer skills, team supervision and Good command of English 具備良好電腦應用能力、團隊管理及有效的英語溝通

***5-Day Work Week 5天工作週
