Job Summary

The Insurance Financing Specialist is responsible for processing client applications for insurance premium financing, ensuring a seamless and efficient approval process. Additionally, the role involves exploring and developing new business channels to expand the bank's insurance financing portfolio. The specialist will work closely with insurance partners, underwriters, and internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Premium Financing Consultant
- Review and evaluate client applications for insurance premium financing, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
- Proceed the case with prelim credit assessments, risk analysis, and compliance checks in line with bank policies.
- Liaise with underwriting and loan approval teams to facilitate timely processing.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify policy details and premium amounts.
- Communicate with clients regarding application status, approvals, and disbursements.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to premium financing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for insurance premium financing.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and corporate partners to generate referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.

Expected Profile
- Over 5 years frontline experience, willing to work on mobile basis
- Life insurance or bank branch frontline experience, Putonghua speaking preferred
- Self-disciplined, quality CS, good communication & co-ordination skill
- Conscientious, efficient & accurate handling of application document, to ensure seamless handshaking throughout the end-to-end app process
- Holding of Insurance Agent license 1,3,5
