Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities:

Accelerate growth of a high quality Bancassurance business through Manulife partnership with the objective to build and contribute on a quality life business portfolio.
Ensure sufficient level of productivity and meaningful activities, including meetings for business development and servicing.
Boost up sales momentum of assigned district / team.
Deliver quality, need-based solutions to meet corporate wealth needs, which are Keyman Protection, Loan Protection and Employee Benefit.
Boost up sales momentum via product briefing, localized BD program management
IBG Bancassurance cross referral
Retain/Upsell existing policies and monitor lapsation

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
Sales or marketing experiencein financial institutions, with proven track record in selling insurance products
Qualified to carry out insurance and investment regulated activities
Motivated individual with a drive to succeed and a talent for sales
Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in corporate banking is preferred
