Sponsor Principal, Corporate Finance

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead the execution of a full range of Corporate Finance services for IPO and other corporate finance transcations
• Take on the role of team leader for designated projects, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure project success and team cohesion including, but not limited to, financial analysis, valuation analysis, preparation of proposals and documentation work
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed
• Participate and contribute to the strategic planning for various business units of the group
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and procedures related to IPOs and other financial transactions

Job Requirements: 

• Finance related degree level of education, CFA or possess a professional qualification and have over 10 years Corporate Finance experience
• Sponsor Principal qualification is a must
• In-depth knowledge of rules, regulations and guidelines of SFC and HKEX
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Mature, responsible, independent and self-initiated
• Able to work under pressure, excellent communication and presentation skills
