- meet or exceed sales targets for your assigned territory
- develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cardiac surgeons
- conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to healthcare professionals
- organize and attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote our products
- manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including negotiating contracts and pricing
- collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system
skills & experiences required.
- bachelor's degree in science, marketing or related field
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- at least one year of experience in the medical device industry
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
