Job Description - (SRO/AM) Manager - 30K- 55K - Open to TTPS, IANG

Your new company

Our client is a large Chinese corporate expanding its footprint across Hong Kong and Mainland China. To support its growth, the company is seeking a versatile and experienced professional who can independently manage HR operations.

Your new role

Handle full-spectrum HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and Mainland China labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and personnel files.
Support organizational development, training, and internal communications.
Act as the key HR contact for all staff across locations.

What you'll need to succeed

Must have prior working experience in a Chinese company.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience, ideally in retail or F&B environments.
Strong understanding of Hong Kong labor laws; Mainland China HR exposure is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage diverse responsibilities.
Native Mandarin preferred; fluent Cantonese and English highly preferred.
Willingness to travel across Hong Kong and Mainland China as needed.
