• Manage the operations of the luxury fashion stores
• Ensure staff training and supervise front line staff performance, maintain high quality customer service and offer exceptional service to customers

Client Details

My client is expanding and is looking for passionate Store Manager(s) with keen interest in fashion.

Description

• Achieve annual and monthly targets communicate by the Group
• Analyse, formulate and implement store business strategies to achieve sales goals and to ensure store operations efficiency
• Develop strategic CRM solutions to engage, retain & delight consumers by enhancing customer experience for the brand.
• Implement the training delivered by local Training Team and ensure they fit for the specific needs of each Boutique and in line with training objectives
• Manage in-store events and incentives to grow customer base with emphasis on building local market
• Work closely across teams in Hong Kong and HQ including merchandising, marketing to align group guidelines in terms of category management, VM and selling ceremony

Profile

• Minimum 7 - 9 years of experience; preferably in luxury retail industry
• Passion for retail industry and high awareness towards market, competitors and trend
• Skilled in store operations, customer service, people management and training.
• Excellent communication skill
