We are looking for a Store Manager for a prestigious luxury retail brand.
Responsibilities :
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Drive sales and achieve store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement action plans accordingly.
Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and security measures.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize store performance and profitability.
Uphold the brand's image and reputation by maintaining visual standards and delivering a luxurious and memorable in-store experience.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at external events and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably as a Store Manager.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail market and trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using retail management software and systems.
