Store Manager (Luxury Retail)

We are looking for a Store Manager for a prestigious luxury retail brand. 

Responsibilities :

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
• Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement action plans accordingly.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and security measures.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize store performance and profitability.
• Uphold the brand's image and reputation by maintaining visual standards and delivering a luxurious and memorable in-store experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at external events and building relationships with key stakeholders.

 

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably as a Store Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail market and trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and systems.
