Client Details

My client; A top tier luxury fashion brand is looking for a passionate retail specialist who is still confident in the Hong Kong luxury fashion retail market and has the skill set to lead the flagship store to greater success.

Description

• Lead and manage the strategic development of the brand in Hong Kong, and responsible for the day to day operation of the flagship stores.
• Formulate the sales & marketing strategy to achieve desirable brand building, positioning strategies and brand objectives
• Responsible for assortment management, stock allocation and replenishment, market analysis that align with brand guidelines.
• Plan and develop operations flow, policies & control, and SOP in order to maximise operational efficiency and staff productivity
• Analyse store sales data and achievement of KPIs, formulate and execute prompt action plans for improving store business
• Create & Develop CRM Strategy and Unique Customer Journey to support Business Needs
• Lead the department managers and work with internals stake holders to work collaboratively in order to maximise the manpower resources

Profile

• Education in relevant discipline
• A minimum of 7 - 9 years' experience in a managerial role.
• Experience in Client Development and relevant experience in luxury retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
