Job Description - Strategy Director (Robotic - AI)

Key Responsibilities

Lead formulation of medium-to-long-term company strategy
Deeply participate in major decisions: new business directions, product planning & overseas entry strategy
Conduct high-quality industry research, global trend tracking and competitive analysis in robotics/AI
Lead or support M&A, strategic partnerships and outbound investment projects
Maintain strong communication with Board, senior executives and external parties (banks, funds, advisors)
Support financing activities, potential IPO preparation and other capital market initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above from top overseas university
5-10 years of experience in strategy, investment banking, top consulting or corporate strategy of large multinationals
Previous experience at investment banks highly preferred
Strong commercial analysis, financial modeling and classic strategy framework capabilities
Genuine long-term interest and solid understanding of robotics, AI and hard-tech industry
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
