Structured Finance Associate/Vice President

The Associate/VP will play a key role in origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing solutions for corporates, financial institutions, and investors. This includes securitization, project finance, real estate and ship finance, leveraged finance, and structured trade finance, as well as supporting bespoke structured products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in structuring and executing transactions across multiple sectors.
2. Build and maintain financial models, perform credit analysis, and run sensitivity scenarios to support deal structuring.
3. Conduct industry and market analysis to identify opportunities and assess transaction feasibility.
4. Draft term sheets, proposals, and transaction documentation with accuracy and compliance.
5. Support the design and pricing of structured notes and derivative-linked products for institutional clients.
6. Coordinate with rating agencies, external counsel, and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
7. Prepare sector research, competitive analysis, and pricing benchmarks for client pitches and internal approvals.
8. Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
2. Over 4 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel and financial tools (Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
