Structured Products Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Formulating and executing business strategies and solutions to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators.
2. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of various structured product lines, including ELI, MLN, ELN, FLN, etc.
3. Platform Optimization: Drive the upgrade of business platforms and introduce diversified products to enhance market competitiveness.
4. Product Launch: Lead and ensure the timely and smooth launch and rollout of products targeting private clients.
5. Trade Execution: Support sales managers and the firm in product pricing, and coordinate with external issuers for the execution of buy and sell orders.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate closely with internal Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Sales teams to ensure all product documents (including prospectuses, operational manuals, marketing, and training materials) comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
7. Training & Empowerment: Regularly provide product training and market updates to frontline staff to enhance team expertise.
8. Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain up-to-date product information and analyze Management Information System (MIS) data and reports throughout the product lifecycle to provide data support for internal reference and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Economics, Finance, Investment, or Law is preferred.
2. Familiarity with the structured products market, ETF options, or related product lifecycle management.
