Structured Products Specialist/Sr. Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute the structuring, pricing, and execution of structured products across asset classes (notes, bonds).
2. Work closely with senior sales and trading teams to deliver tailored investment solutions to clients.
3. Manage day-to-day client inquiries, trade execution, and post-trade lifecycle processes.
4. Coordinate with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in structured products, derivatives sales/trading, or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of financial markets and structured products mechanics.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
6. Proven working experience in Securities Firm or Financial Product Issuers.
