SuccessFactors Consultant - HR Systems Integration We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors (SF) Consultant to support the integration of Bitpool and SuccessFactors for a major organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth system integration and ongoing support during SuccessFactors upgrades.
You will work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver stable and compliant HR system solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Support integration between Bitpool and SuccessFactors
Act as the main point of contact with the vendor during SuccessFactors upgrades
Handle implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors modules
Provide advice and solutions to ensure system stability and integration accuracy

Requirements

4-8 years of experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant
Solid understanding of SuccessFactors modules, including:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
Experience working with vendors and system upgrades
Experience in HR system integration is highly preferred
