Responsibilities
Positions available in: Beijing, Hangzhou 1. Industry solution optimization: In combination with the characteristics of the supermarket convenience industry, work with product, logistics, and governance teams to design solutions that meet the characteristics of the industry, establish & optimize institutional processes, design solutions for industry bottlenecks, and coordinate team output first to improve the overall operational efficiency of the team 2. Special management: Responsible for the special management work within the supermarket and convenience industry, take the lead in organizing various departments, assist in promoting the implementation of important business projects, and ensure the smooth progress of various special project goals 3. Important meetings & co-creation: Responsible for the overall organization of various meetings of the operation management team and business co-creation meetings, process control and guarantee the achievement of meeting content 4. Department collaboration standard formulation: Responsible for the preparation of the process panorama and process system documents within the organization and the full life cycle management Responsible for the formulation and implementation of inter-departmental collaboration processes and rules 4. Assist in organizing talent training: Provide guidance and training for related modules such as products, logistics, and governance within the business system.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of e-commerce platform or instant retail work experience is preferred 2. Clear logic, in-depth understanding of supermarket products, logistics, and operation systems, and can plan industry solutions for merchants on the platform 3. Excellent learning ability, stress resistance, self-driving ability, communication ability, and cross-team communication and collaboration ability 4. Experience in product operation in supermarkets and convenience and other related industries is preferred.
