Responsibilities

These roles are key Langham Ambassadors in Food & Beverage Department ensuring refined service is delivered to 5-star hotel standards, who are expected to:

• Deliver a delightful dining experience to our hotel guests & create memorable moments by serving room service gourmets ;
• Provide seamless service with guests to 5-star hotel standards;
• Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge;&
• Maintain high cleanliness level in the dining venues and ensure the dining tables are detailed.

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years related work experience in hotel
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations between departments
• Available to work on shifts
• Energetic & guest oriented personality
• Good command in oral English & Cantonese
• Willing to work in dynamic restaurant environment
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Captain/Server.
