Support Manager - Equities, Futures & Funds Systems

A leading investment firm is looking for an experienced Support Manager to oversee application support for trading and wealth management platforms including securities, futures, and stock options, across desktop, web, and mobile.

Responsibilities:

• Lead L1/L2 support for trading applications (HKEx, global markets).

• Manage production incidents and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for fixes and enhancements.

• Oversee system testing, upgrades, and deployment activities.

• Write and run SQL queries; support user acceptance testing.

• Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience supporting trading/back office systems (securities, futures, funds).

• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with HKEx trading flows.

• Solid understanding of system operations, settlement, and market connectivity.

• Good communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Exposure to FIX, SharePoint, TTL, or DB2 is a plus.
