Your new role

As an Email Surveillance Officer on a 1-year contract, you will support the compliance team in monitoring electronic communications and related activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct email surveillance reviews to identify potential misconduct, policy breaches or regulatory risks
• Support AML and transaction monitoring processes including alerts review, escalation and documentation
• Assist in ongoing control and monitoring activities across private banking operations
• Prepare management information, reports and evidence for internal and regulatory reviews
• Work closely with compliance, risk and business teams on surveillance and control matters

What you'll need to succeed

You will have prior exposure to compliance, AML, email surveillance, transaction monitoring or control functions within banking or financial services. Familiarity with regulatory expectations, strong attention to detail and good analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in English is required, with Cantonese or Mandarin as an advantage.
