Sustainability Specialist

• Support execution and project management efforts on client’s sustainability disclosure projects, including market research, strategy formation, and content creation.
• Draft, edit, and format a variety of materials based on comprehensive research and analysis (e.g. sustainability reports and ESG disclosures, climate commitments, quantitative scoring / data models, etc.).
• Support the development and production of client proposals and practice marketing materials.
• Assist Business Development team to explore the sustainability disclosure market in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Establishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery.
• Assist in mentoring, training, and integrating new teammates and interns.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and asks the necessary questions to manage firm and client data responsibly

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with majors in Environmental Studies, Social and Political Science, Communication, Translation, or other equivalent disciplines.
• Proficiency in written English and written Chinese.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sizable company.
• Detail-minded, strong numerical sense with high accuracy.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and a good team player in a fast pace environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge in carbon accounting or sustainability disclosure frameworks (HKEx ESG Reporting Guide, SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP) preferred.
