Our business partner is a reputable international bank who is seeking an SVP/ Director - Transaction Banking who will be responsible for the design, structuring, and delivery of non-standard and bespoke cash management and treasury solutions for a portfolio of MNC and Large Corporates.
Your new role
As a critical member of the team, you will :
Develop and execute plans to successfully implement the team's global strategy across the local region and countries.
Drive business development through best-practice sharing sessions, innovation workshops, and forward-looking solutions for key clients.
Work closely with clients to address complex or customised requirements and regularly engages clients and prospects through best-practice sharing sessions on topics such as treasury centre set-ups and in-house bank structures.
Partnering with internal teams to cross-sell cash management solutions
Establishing strong third-party partnerships, including consulting firms, to support franchise growth
Design market-differentiated treasury solutions tailored to client needs.
Deliver budget targets through active management of revenue growth, product penetration etc.
Build deep insight into client industries, including key drivers, commercial processes, working capital dynamics, treasury and liquidity best practices, and peer benchmarking.
Identify new business opportunities and revenue pools, clearly articulating how product capabilities address client needs.
Collaborate closely with data teams to develop data-driven solutions for clients.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to excel in this role, you will have at least 12+ years of relevant sales and advisory experience in transaction banking, coupled with cash management and treasury solutions expertise. A tertiary degree with proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory. Experience working closely with corporate treasury, finance, or digital teams, as well as comfort in a matrix, multi-country environment, is highly preferred. You will have deep product and treasury knowledge, strong commercial and solution-led sales capabilities, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across regions.
