System Analyst - ( Payroll System ) for Top Tier Insurance Firm

What We Look For

• Strong hands-on backend skills (Java, Spring Boot, microservices, SQL)
• Experience in banking systems or large-scale enterprise applications
• Payment / credit card system exposure is a strong advantage
• Proactive communicator with solid business logic
• Bank-side candidate with Payment & credit card exposure as an advantage

• Hands-on development for payroll system enhancement using Java Spring Boot and JBoss
• Participate in system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Work closely with internal teams and business users to clarify requirements and support delivery
• Handle coordination for system issues, enhancements, and cross-team dependencies
• Provide weekly project progress updates to the Manager
