System Analyst - System Integration/Application Support

We're Hiring | System Analyst – System Integration / Application Support 

I'm currently looking for a technical professional to join the Solution Delivery team of a financial institution in Hong Kong on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 application and system support.
• Support system integration and messaging interfaces.
• Monitor and troubleshoot MQ and SFTP connectivity.
• Work with SWIFT messaging and investigate transmission issues.
• Perform scripting to support operational and integration activities.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in application support, systems integration or technical operations within financial services.
• Hands-on exposure to MQ / IBM MQ and SFTP.
• Familiarity with Shell scripting, Python or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
