About the job System Development Team Head

Our client, a well-established bank, is looking to hire a System Development Team Head with solid technical and team leadership skills to join the IT department.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a team of system analysts and programmers to foster effective teamwork and collaboration.
Manage the development and execution of systems projects in critical areas such as local clearing, Faster Payment System, customer service support, data warehousing, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources in alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Identify potential risks in system development processes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Promote continuous improvement and stay informed on industry advancements and best practices.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in application/software development, including at least 6 years in solution design and project management.
A minimum of 6 years of experience within the banking sector.
At least 8 years of expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
Proven track record in people management, along with strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
