Job Description - System Engineer - M365/ Intune/ AD - HKD 40k x 13

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for complex issues escalated from the Service Desk, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business impact
  • Manage and optimize endpoint environments via Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, patching, compliance, and security).
  • Administer identity and access across Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID, including user lifecycle and automation.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) including configuration, troubleshooting, and licensing
  • Oversee enterprise file storage (NAS, SharePoint) with focus on capacity, usage, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT services and new solutions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Helpdesk or End User Computing within 500+ user environments.
  • Strong expertise in Windows 11, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint security.
  • Experience in vendor management, tender evaluation, or solution presentation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is an advantage.
