Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 technical support for complex issues escalated from the Service Desk, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business impact
Manage and optimize endpoint environments via Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, patching, compliance, and security).
Administer identity and access across Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID, including user lifecycle and automation.
Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) including configuration, troubleshooting, and licensing
Oversee enterprise file storage (NAS, SharePoint) with focus on capacity, usage, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT services and new solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Helpdesk or End User Computing within 500+ user environments.
Strong expertise in Windows 11, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint security.
Experience in vendor management, tender evaluation, or solution presentation is a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is an advantage.
