Systematic Equity Long/Short APAC (Multiple Levels)

A leading systematic investment firm is expanding its APAC equity effort and hiring across several levels — Strategist, Portfolio Manager, Sub-PM, and Senior Investment Analyst . If you research and run systematic equity long/short strategies in Asian markets, we want to hear from you regardless of where you sit on that spectrum.

The role (scope scales with seniority)

1. Research, build, and run systematic equity long/short strategies across APAC markets
2. Develop and refine alpha signals, from idea through to production
3. Contribute to portfolio construction, risk management, and execution
4. For PM and Sub-PM level: own a book and a P&L track record

You will have

1. Systematic / quantitative equity experience with a clear focus on APAC markets
2. A track record of alpha generation (verifiable P&L for PM-level candidates)
3. Strong programming (Python) and a solid grounding in statistics and machine learning
4. The research rigour to take a signal from hypothesis to live capital
