Job Description - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a smooth hiring process
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Hiring Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
  • Provide guidance on best hiring practices and market trends
  • Develop data-driven recruitment strategies based on hiring needs and workforce planning

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
  • Provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring efficiency
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for better candidate engagement

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in financial industry
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
  • Experience in mainland China hiring will be a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and hiring trends
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
