About our Client
Our client is a multinational medical device company, they are looking for a Team Administrator to support the sales and engineering team on administration matters
About the Role
- Provide daily administration support to the Manager and his team
- Responsible for the preparation of client contract, management reports, presentation materials and business correspondences
- Handle invoicing and expense claiming for team members
- Maintain filing system, CRM, inventory system and database
- Provide support on office administration including office supplies and facilities management
- Assist in organising company meetings and events if required
The Successful Candidate
- Higher diploma or above
- 2-3 years of team support, administrative, or secretary experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
