Job Title: Team Head, E-Commerce & AI Marketing

About the Job

The Company

Our client is a global wealth management and banking group based in Hong Kong. They are seeking an experienced Head of E-Commerce, (and AI Marketing) to lead the E-COMMERCE Marketing team, region-wide.

The Role

1. Lead end-to-end project management for an online trading business, with a focus on operational efficiency and business growth.
2. Define and manage the product roadmap, including mobile app enhancements, system fixes, and new digital initiatives.
3. Develop and drive strategies to expand the digital business portfolio and increase user engagement.
4. Supervise and lead a small team, ensuring strong execution and delivery.
5. Manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors, and partner across teams to keep initiatives on track.
6. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery across all project phases.
7. Provide regular reporting on business performance, team activities, and project milestones.
8. Participate actively in key meetings, including management reviews, regional digital business calls, sales sessions, and departmental head meetings.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in senior roles managing e-commerce and projects within financial institutions.
3. Demonstrated success delivering complex projects with strong strategic thinking.
4. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong engagement across internal and external stakeholders.
6. Solid understanding of financial products, investment principles, and commercial dynamics.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive marketing-led initiatives to achieve business objectives.
8. Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
