The Team Head for VP FP&A will oversee financial planning and analysis functions, driving strategic decision-making at a Chinese Bank. This role in Hong Kong requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Accounting & Finance.

Job Description

As a Team Head of FP&A, your main responsibilities will include:

Leading the financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic business decisions.
Preparing detailed financial reports and forecasts for leadership teams.
Analyzing market trends and financial data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Monitoring and optimizing financial performance metrics.
Developing and implementing budgeting and forecasting methodologies.
Providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Head VP FP&A should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the Financial Services industry.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
Effective communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
The ability to work collaboratively across departments.
