Job Description - Team Leader, FX Middle Office

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure accurate product delivery, effective issue resolution, and adherence to business standards.
Manage FX middle office responsibilities, including trade support, trade confirmations, and exception management.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of FX-related issues, liaising with internal teams and external counterparts as needed.
Train, motivate, and manage team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Drive a culture of continuous process improvement by challenging existing practices and adopting new technologies.
Manage client visits, presentations, and retention efforts while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Ensure smooth coordination of cross-office initiatives and collaboration with global teams.
Maintain high-quality client service and implement solutions to address operational challenges.
Develop and execute a business plan aligned with the team's goals, including managing budgets and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory role.
Experience in FX middle office.
Strong communication, business analysis, and process improvement skills.
Ability to anticipate problems, lead teams, and work in a dynamic environment.
Experience managing cross-office initiatives.
