Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers and business stakeholders to design and refine software solutions that address concrete business needs, leveraging AI where appropriate to enhance analysis, automation and decision support.

Requirements

Domain Experience
. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in the banking or financial industry.
. CFA – mandatory.
. PMP or similar project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile PM) – a plus.
. Solid understanding of investment products, wealth & asset management processes, and related regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. cross-border, suitability, AML/KYC).
 

Technical Background
. Exposure to AI-assisted development, AI frameworks, and system integration with AI models in an enterprise context.
. Solid hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of backend and data engineering concepts using languages such as Node.js or Java.
. Working knowledge frontend frameworks such as React or Angular (sufficient to challenge and translate requirements with development teams).
. Experience with REST / GraphQL APIs, and understanding of NoSQL and RDBMS database design and optimization principles.
 

Business Analysis & Methods
. Strong experience in requirements engineering: elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and regulatory requirements.
. Ability to produce clear user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications that can be directly consumed by development and testing teams.
. Comfortable working in agile and lean development environments (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including front office, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
 

Soft Skills
. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-driven mindset and great attention to detail.
