Technical Consultant

We are looking for a skilled UKG Technical Consultant with strong product expertise and hands-on implementation experience to support the design, configuration, and delivery of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform experience and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and related modules

Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Lead and support end-to-end implementations, including system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment

Develop and manage interfaces/integrations between UKG and external systems (HRIS, payroll, ERP, etc.)

Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project delivery and post-go-live support

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives

Ensure adherence to best practices, design standards, and quality guidelines

Required Qualifications

· 5–6 years of hands-on experience in implementing UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management solutions

· Strong technical expertise in UKG modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, and Integrations

· Proficiency in system configuration, APIs, and interface development

· Experience with data handling, SQL queries, and integration tools

· Solid understanding of WFM business processes and workflows

· Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities
