Technical Services Manager (Network Transformation)

You will be responsible for the heartbeat of the bank's connectivity, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of network infrastructure while spearheading transformation projects.

• Network Operations: Manage installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting for all network devices to ensure maximum availability.

• Infrastructure Transformation: Plan and implement complex network projects and security solutions, collaborating with global stakeholders.

• Security & Monitoring: Lead event log monitoring and security vulnerability remediation to maintain a "zero-trust" environment.

• Documentation & Governance: Maintain rigorous standards for network diagrams, SOPs, and inventory, ensuring full compliance with banking regulations.

• Incident Response: Serve as the technical escalation point for network connectivity issues and urgent business requests.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in enterprise or carrier-grade network support, ideally within the Banking or Financial Services sector.

• Education: University degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Technical Core:

  • Firewalls: Deep expertise in CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Hillstone (Certifications like CCSA, NSE4, or PCNSA are highly preferred).

  • Cloud: Solid experience supporting AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud (Solutions Architect or Administrator certifications preferred).

  • Routing/Switching: Proficiency in Cisco, Huawei, or H3C environments (CCIE/CCNP or HCIE/HCIP level).

  • Load Balancing: Hands-on with F5 network load balancers.

• Protocol Mastery: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, SD-WAN, VPN, and SDN technologies.

• Tools: Experience with ManageEngine OpManager or SolarWinds NPM.

• Communication: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Written and Spoken) with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
