Technology Private Equity Investment Director

This is a unique opportunity to join a high‑impact growth equity investment team driving technology investments across Asia. As an Investment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with portfolio companies to accelerate growth, while gaining direct exposure to key decision‑makers and stakeholders to lead all aspects of the investment process from sourcing to portfolio value creation. The role combines high‑impact responsibilities with an entrepreneurial environment and offers clear career progression within private equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to lead all phases of the investment process.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Take ownership of financial models and prepare investment committee materials.
• Partner with portfolio company management teams to execute growth strategies and monitor performance.
• Conduct periodic reviews and provide insights on portfolio companies’ financial and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years in private equity with proven deal execution experience in technology or related sectors.
• Proven deal execution experience in technology or financial institutions group sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• High intellectual curiosity, strong business judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin.
