Technology Private Equity Investment Director/ED

You will be a core member of a high‑impact growth equity team investing in leading technology companies across Asia. You will identify high‑potential opportunities, shape investment strategy and work directly with founders and executives to drive meaningful value creation while owning the full investment lifecycle end‑to‑end. This is a unique opportunity to build a private equity career with real autonomy and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to lead all phases of the investment process.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Take ownership of financial models and prepare investment committee materials.
• Partner with portfolio company management teams to execute growth strategies and monitor performance.
• Conduct periodic reviews and provide insights on portfolio companies’ financial and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in private equity with proven deal execution experience in technology or related sectors.
• Proven deal execution experience in technology or financial institutions group sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• High intellectual curiosity, strong business judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin.
