The Role

• Working with senior consultants within the team, and match the most suitable candidates to different technology positions
• Carry out initial screening over the phone and arrange face to face meetings to understand the candidate in detail and build rapport
• Handle full cycle recruitment process, including ad posting, screening CV, shortlisting candidates and salary negotiations
• Provide market insight, knowledge and updates to candidates and build long term relationships
• Preparing your candidates for interviews, managing expectations, pre-closing, closing and offering candidates

Your Profile

• Proven experience as Technology Recruitment Consultant (preferrable)
• Sales/Customer service skills
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Well-organized
• Ability to work with targets
• Speaks fluent Cantonese and English
• 1-2 years' experience in recruitment could be considered for more senior title
