Responsibilities:

• Handle general administrative duties, such as file management, documentation, and data entry for the Lease Audit Unit.
• Facilitate effective communication by managing incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
• Perform assigned ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in business management or related disciplines
• Candidates without working experience will be considered. However, those with relevant experience in leasing and/or property management will have an advantage.
• Responsible, well-organized, and detail oriented.
• Accurate typing skills and proficiency in PC applications. Chinese Word Processing is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
