ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Wealth and Private Management practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of experienced consultants, where you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the WPM, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.

This project is with a leading bank as a Programme Manager for Third Party Risk Transformation Project 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• 
  
  Lead end‑to‑end Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation programmes across global, multi‑entity environments.
  
  


• 
  
  Uplift and remediate third‑party risk assessment processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment.
  
  


• 
  
  Design and implement target operating models, governance frameworks, and third‑party lifecycle controls (onboarding, monitoring, exit).
  
  


• 
  
  Drive remediation of third‑party cyber risk control gaps, ensuring adherence to defined risk appetite throughout the lifecycle.
  
  


• 
  
  Simplify and standardise global policies, standards, and procedures, including BCP testing and exit planning.
  
  


• 
  
  Mobilise and align cross‑functional teams across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology, with strong programme governance and delivery discipline.
  
  

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8+ years experience leading large‑scale TPRM or regulatory transformation programmes in financial services


• Strong understanding of third‑party risk domains, including operational, cyber, regulatory, and concentration risk.


• Demonstrated capability in risk assessment uplift, control remediation, and embedding regulatory requirements into operating models.


• Experience managing third‑party cyber risk, maintaining compliance within risk appetite over time.


• Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations related to outsourcing, operational resilience, BCP, and exit management.


• Excellent stakeholder management and programme delivery skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and deliver outcomes at pace.
