Sales Assistant/ Senior Sales Assistant
- Maximize sales targets and help to achieve store targets
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner
- Handle any inquiries or complaints, and provide professional feedback to customers
- Maintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelines
- Participate in stock management and store operations
Supervisor
- Assist the Store-in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store
- Perform individual sales target as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target
- Assist to evaluate, train and coach the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
- Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationship
- Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and stock management
Assistant Store Manager (Store In-Charge) / Store Manager
- In charge for retail sales management and monitor store KPIs;
- Take full responsibility of store people management, including talent acquisition, manpower arrangements, training, coaching, performance appraisal;
- Ensure qualitative image of the store, including visual Merchandising, environment, furniture etc.;
- Fully compliance of all the law, regulations, rules and SOP;
- Ensure all CRM KPIs meet company standards, as well as driving appointment bookings and managing in-store VIP events;
- Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including but not limited to customer’s complaint;
- Contribute to marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database;
- Inspire and motivate team members to work as a team;
- Prepare analysis reports and provide key findings with suggestions to Regional office.
