Our client is a well-known Hong Kong bank that serves for over 3.5 million customers for with over 80 years of history, it mainly provides services in commercial banking, wealth management and professional compliance banking matter for individuals and companies. The department is currently looking for a Trade Analyst to handle trade and transaction reporting, follow compliance procedures and reconciliation for OTC derivatives product.

工作内容

• Collaborate closely with the global Trade & Transaction Reporting function to identify, escalate, and potentially remediate any reporting issues or defects
• Assist in the generation of periodic and ad-hoc Regulatory Reporting management information metrics to support decision-making
• Deliver comprehensive Global Control Framework activities for HSBC's Global OTC Derivatives Trade Reporting Obligations, ensuring compliance
• Interact proactively with offshore and onshore colleagues as part of daily control activities
• Produce well-structured regional Trade Reporting Governance packs for presentation to front-to-back stakeholders
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of HSBC's Global Regulatory Obligations, System Infrastructure & Reporting Mechanisms, as well as OTC Derivative Products and the OTC Derivatives Market, using this knowledge to identify reporting or operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of all open reporting issues and defects to ensure timely resolution
• Leverage acquired knowledge to proactively identify and mitigate new reporting issues before they arise
• Process all stakeholder (internal and external) requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree holder in business administration or relevant course
• 1 year of working experience in investment operation field within FI industry
• Excellent client servicing skills and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese/ Mandarin
