Trade Compliance Consultant - International Consulting Firm

CLIENT BACKGROUND
Our client is an international consultancy supporting companies with customs, trade, and cross‑border compliance. The firm offers strong regional exposure and clear development opportunities for early‑career professionals interested in international trade.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Review shipping, commercial, and financial documents for compliance.
• Communicate with vendors and factories across Asia to gather information and resolve basic compliance issues.
• Prepare simple reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain organized documentation.
• Assist with ownership structure mapping, pricing research, and regulatory summaries.
• Support senior consultants with project updates and ad‑hoc tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Around 3-5 years' experience in compliance, logistics, supply chain, or professional services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable reviewing documents and conducting basic research in English and Chinese.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
