Trade Execution Specialist/Senior Executive

Job Summary:
The Senior Trade Execution Specialist is responsible for managing and processing letters of credit
(LC) and related trade finance transactions. This role involves ensuring compliance with
international trade regulations, handling documentation, and providing support to internal
teams.

Key Responsibilities:
 LC Processing: Handle the end-to-end process of letters of credit, including issuance,
amendments, and payments.
 Documentation: Review and verify trade documents for accuracy and compliance with
LC terms and international trade regulations.
 Market Support: Bangladesh and other countries, especially Africa.
 Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies, international trade
laws, and regulatory requirements.
 Problem Resolution: Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to LC
transactions.
 Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports of all LC transactions.
 Training: Mentor and train junior staff on LC processes and best practices.

Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling letters of credit for bulk cargo
shipment and for Africa countries are an advantage. Less experience will be considered
as Executive.
 Skills: Strong knowledge of international trade regulations including UCP and ISBP,
excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Oracle.
 Certifications: CDCS or other relevant certifications in trade finance or international
banking are a plus.
