Trader (Equity Focused)

Work Duties

1. Responsible for executing overseas market transactions, primarily focused on the US and Hong Kong market, including but not limited to stocks, bonds, foreign exchange, and derivatives; executing buy/sell orders based on fund manager instructions.
2. Monitor market trends, adjust trading plans promptly, control trading risks, and ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements.
3. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with counterparties in Hong Kong and overseas.
4. Prepare trade reports and provide middle-office trade services and market analysis to the investment team.
5. Participate in team training and knowledge sharing to continuously enhance the team's international market trading capabilities.

Work Requirements

1. 6-10 years of experience in trading or a related financial field, with familiarity of global financial market operations.
2. Possess experience in overseas asset trading and an understanding of international financial rules, trading processes, and risk management.
3. Excellent bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English,接近母语水平 (approaching native-level fluency).
4. Strong logical thinking and organizational skills, excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
5. Strong self-learning capability and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
6. Willingness to work night shifts.
