The Role:
As a Trader on the Execution Services team, you will manage retail flow received via brokers, ensuring seamless execution of high-volume trades through a sophisticated algorithm. This role blends technical precision with commercial savvy, requiring you to handle exceptions manually, engage directly with brokers, and master the complexities of advanced trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail flow trades executed via a high-volume algorithm, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Manually execute exception orders (e.g., large or nuanced trades), using sound judgment to achieve superior results.
• Gain a deep understanding of the execution algorithm and its integration with surrounding systems to troubleshoot and enhance workflows.
• Serve as a key contact for brokers, addressing questions, resolving issues, and fostering strong professional relationships.
• Work collaboratively to solve problems, using tools like Python and SQL to analyze data or improve processes.
• Proactively explore how systems and processes interconnect, contributing insights to refine execution strategies.
